Prof. Rao Bhamidimarri

Professor Dr Rao Bhamidimarri is the President of the Institute of Advanced Research India. He also works as a Director at Purico Group, a multinational group company based in Nottingham, UK. Prior to joining Purico, Prof. Rao had had extensive senior leadership experience in universities in New Zealand, Scotland and England alongside his research. As part of the role at Purico, he has been developing a research-based university in India. A former graduate of IIT Delhi India, Osaka University Japan and the University of Queensland Australia, Prof. Rao was the Vice President (Development) of London Southbank University and worked with Edinburgh Napier University and Massey University in UK. His current research interests focus on curriculum innovation and novel pedagogies to foster confidence and enterprise in students both at school and university levels.

Prof. Dr Saad Mekhilef


Prof. Dr Saad Mekhilef is a Professor at the Department of Electrical Engineering, University of Malaya since June 1999. He is currently the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and the Director of Power Electronics and Renewable Energy Research Laboratory-PEARL. He is an IET Fellow and IEEE senior member. He is the associate editor of IEEE Transaction on Power Electronics and Journal of Power Electronics. He is the author and co-author of more than 400 publications in international journals and proceedings (253 ISI journal papers) and five books with more than 25000 citations and 68 H-index, 116 PhD and master students have graduated under his supervision and has six patents. He frequently invited to give keynote lectures at international conferences.

Prof. Saad listed by Thomson Reuters (Clarivate Analytics) as one of the Highly Cited (Hi-Ci) engineering researcher in the world, and included in the Thomson Reuters’ The World’s Most Influential Scientific Minds: 2018, 2019 and 2020. He is actively involved in industrial consultancy for major corporations in the power electronics projects. His research interests include power conversion techniques, control of power converters, renewable energy, and energy efficiency.


Mr Sunil David



Mr Sunil David is currently working as the Regional Director (IoT) for AT&T India in Chennai . He has 26 years of experience in IT and Telecom industry and responsible for building the IOT strategy for India and ASEAN regions. He worked with various internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution, working on building a robust partner ecosystem for AT&T in the entire IOT value chain (Devices, Platforms and Applications) and also working on a number of Marketing initiatives to help enhance the AT&T brand in the IOT space. Mr. Sunil was awarded as India’s Fastest Growing Leaders 2019-20- Pride of the Nation.

Mr Sunil has also written articles related to Smart Cities, Industry 4.0, Digital Transformation, Disruptive Technologies, 5G, IoT Security for leading B2B. Sunil has spoken at more than 50 industry forums in India and abroad organized by leading industry bodies like COAI, CII, IAMAI, Cyber Media, NASSCOM etc.
