Ir.Ts. Dr. Sakhiah Abdul Kudus

Sakhiah Abdul Kudus received her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Civil Engineering (Structures) from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) in September 2011 and May 2014, respectively. In March 2018, she completed her PhD in three years at Kyoto University in Japan, majoring in Adaptive Structural Engineering. She has been involved in non-destructive techniques (NDT), focusing on Acoustic Emission (AE) and Structural Health Monitoring since 2010. Since April 2019, she has worked as a Senior Lecturer at the School of Civil Engineering, Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) in Malaysia. She was appointed Coordinator of Research for the College of Engineering at Universiti Teknologi MARA in February 2024, a position she still holds. Currently, she is leading a collaborative project on the development of an Online Bridge Health Monitoring System under the Industrial Collaboration Program with MRCB Builders. She also actively collaborates with agencies such as JKR and KTMB for structural integrity inspections. She has published articles in international journals, conference proceedings, and policy and technical papers on various topics related to structural health monitoring, structural vibration, structural integrity, modal analysis, acoustic emission, finite element analysis, and the application of high-speed cameras for vibration monitoring. Her current research focuses on the health assessment of concrete and steel bridges in Malaysia, and she has collaborated with entities from Japan, Indonesia, and India on her research projects. She has more than five years of teaching experience and is registered as a Certified Energy Manager and as a Professional Engineer under the Board of Engineers Malaysia.

Muhammad Arkam Bin Che Munaaim Registered Professional Engineer Malaysia since 2005, Fellow of the Institution of Engineers Malaysia (2020) and Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Association of Building Engineers (CABE) United Kingdom (2023). Productivity Champion Certification Category: LEADER and TALENT by Malaysia Productivity Corporation, MPC (2023), listed as Successful People in Malaysia (2022 and 2023) 4th Edition and 5th Edition by Britishpedia Encyclopedia (Malaysia), British Publishing House, London. Listed as the recipient of Malaysian Top SME CEO Award, 2022 by Dreamtalents Media, Malaysia, awarded as the Building Engineer of The Year (2022), Built Environment Awards 2022 by the Chartered Association of Building Engineers (CABE), United Kingdom in November 2022. He is also Registered National Industrial Experts (DPIN) with the Ministry of Human Resource Malaysia in 2015 and a Technical Expert of Green Technology Financing Scheme from Malaysian Green Technology Corporation beside attached as Industrial Advisory Panel for universities and colleges. In 2022, he was appointed as Professor of Engineering (Building Technology) by Jesselton University College (JUC), Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia.His area of working includes renewable energy (solar, mini hydro), mechanical & electrical building services, construction and facility management, water and wastewater treatment technologies, project management and construction development and in engineering education as advisory and assessor panel member of Engineering Accreditation Department as EAC/ETAC Panel for the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM). He obtained his PhD in Energy Conservation from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) (2014), Master of Science in Building Technology USM (2010), where previously in year 2000 obtained his B. Eng. (Hons) in Electrical Engineering from UTM Skudai, Johor, Malaysia. He is currently the CEO of Mega Jati Academy Sdn Bhd. That focus on Construction Personnel Progression program for career advancement.
