Dr. Bikash Medhi is Professor & Ex-Additional Medical Superintendent (AMS) in PGIMER, Department of Pharmacology. His area of expertise is Experimental Pharmacology, Clinical Research, Regulatory Pharmacology, Development of nano-formulations, Pharmacogenetics, Pharmacogenomics and Stem cells etc. He has more than 25 years of teaching and research experience and has owned more than 70 prestigious National and International Awards namely, Dr. D N Prasad memorial award with Gold medal 2009 from Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), New Delhi, V K Bhargava Award with a Gold medal from National Academy of Medical Sciences 2013, Col. R N Chopra Oration 2014 by Indian Pharmacology Society(IPS), NN Dutta Award 2016 by Indian Pharmacology Society(IPS), Dr. B N. Ghosh Oration at 43rd Annual Conference of IPS and International Conference on “Pharmacology & Translational Research” He is in core panel of expert for Task Force in IND application & Regulatory Affair, lead GLP Inspector, lead GCP inspector, Principle Assessor for NABH, He is in several committee in DCGI office, ICMR, DBT, DST, CSIR,NBE,MCI etc. Prof. Medhi has been dedicated in 2% scientist across the world conducted by Elsevier &Stanford University He has authored five books and 160 chapters and published more than 500 articles in National & International journals. Professor Dr. Subash C.B. Gopinath, Ph.D.

Prof. Subash Gopinath earned his doctorate from the University of Madras, India (Jan’1999). Then he was invited as a post-doctoral research fellow at the Institute of Academia Sinica, Taiwan (1999-2003). Following this he received the “Japan Society for the Promotion of Science-Fellow” award to advance his research at the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology, Tsukuba, Japan, and continued as a research fellow (2003-2014). During this period, he was also the Visiting Researcher at Nihon University School of Medicine, Tokyo, Japan; and Visiting Lecturer at Universiti Sains Malaysia, Malaysia. Prof. Gopinath's main expertise is nano-, aptamer-technologies, and medical diagnosis of disease biomarkers. His interest is also in RNA-ligand interactions and non-coding RNAs in multidrug resistance. In 25 years of scientific career after obtaining Ph.D., he obtained 8 patents, including an immune-aptamer that has been successfully commercialized internationally by Wako Chemicals, Japan. His research works were published (Total of 792) in refereed scientific journals and he has 26 book chapters & 3 Edited books His research is frequently referred to by fellow scientific communities with total citations of 13490 and an H-index of 57. The outcome of Prof. Gopinath's research and academic recognition include the appointment as an Editorial and Advisory member of scientific journals. He was awarded the Excellent Academic Award by the Optical Society of Singapore, and Distinguished Visitor, Brain Gain Malaysia by MOSTI. Currently, he is a Professor in the Faculty of Chemical Engineering & Technology, Institute of Nano Electronic Engineering and Micro System Technology (CoE), Universiti Malaysia Perlis. Further, he is engaging other services as Chief Scientific Consultant (Future Science, Beijing, China), Distinguished Professor & Chief Scientist (First Central Medical Hospital of Baoding City, China), Adjunct Professor (AIMST University, MALAYSIA; Indira Gandhi Institute of Engineering and Technology, INDIA) & Visiting Professor (Prince Songkla University, THAILAND; Daffodil International University, BANGLADESH & Universiti Sains Malaysia). He received the scholar visiting awards in Tianjin University (CHINA-ASEAN) and Karabuk University, (Mevlana Exchange Programme, TURKEY). Past several years, he has been listed in the TOP 2% Scientists of in the World consequently. Several Postdoctors, Ph.D. and Master’s students from Waseda University, University of Tsukuba (Japan), Universiti Malaysia Perlis, University of Malaya, Universiti Teknologi Petronas, AIMST University and Universiti Sains Malaysia, have completed their studies under his supervision. He was a Joint Director in Centre of Excellence for Nanobiotechnology and Nanomedicine (CoExNano), AIMST University, MALAYSIA. He has secured several awards and research grants both with local and international academic and industrial collaborations. Associate Professor Dr. Mok Pooi Ling

Dr. Mok Pooi Ling received her Ph.D. award from the National University of Malaysia, Malaysia in 2012. She joined the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, Universiti Putra Malaysia, Malaysia in 2013 and is currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Biomedical Science. She also previously served as an Assistant Professor at Jouf University, Saudi Arabia, from 2017 to 2021. She is also the founding Vice President of the Malaysian Stem Cell for Research and Therapy (MSCRT) association. Dr. Mok has a passion for research involving stem cell engineering at the genetic, cell, and tissue levels involving human samples with the aim of improving the quality of life in patients. Most of her research works integrated many methods that include genetic modifications, the use of biomaterials, and tissue engineering for optimal result outcomes. Her current research focuses include finding alternative treatments for visual impairment, delaying aging, cardiovascular and autoimmune diseases, and cancers using stem cell-based products

Prof. Dr Rusli Bin Nordin is Dean and Professor of Public Health and Occupational Medicine in the Faculty of Medicine, Bioscience, and Nursing (FOMBN), MAHSA University (MU). He joined MU on 1st June 2021 after working 3 years as Head of School and Professor of Public Health and Occupational Medicine, School of Medicine, Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences, Taylor’s University (2018-2021); 11 years as Head of Clinical School and Professor of Public Health and Occupational Medicine, Jeffrey Cheah School of Medicine and Health Sciences, Monash University Malaysia (2007-2018); and 25 years in various capacities in University Sains Malaysia (USM).
