Ts. Dr. Noor Afiza Mat Razali holds a bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Engineering, as well as a master's degree in Computer Science and a PhD of Science in Computer Science with a research area in Cybersecurity. She has deep roots in IT and digitalization, having worked 10 years in the IT industry in multiple international corporations focusing on IT solution implementations, operation support, and project management locally and internationally before venturing into academic and research career.
Ts. Dr. Noor Afiza's vast swathe of research and expertise covers Cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence (Al), Internet of Things (loT), Big Data Analytics and Blockchain Technology focusing on the domains of National Security, Smart City, Economy and Finance, Human-Computer Interaction and Disaster Management. She is a recipient of various grants for research in Cybersecurity, Al and loT and published academic publications in her research areas and a Technical Reviewer for prestigious journals including IEEE Access, Springer Big Data, Springer Nature Artificial Intelligence, Springer Nature Scientific Reports, Springer Social Network Analysis and Mining. With regard of her expertise, Ts. Dr. Noor Afiza Mat Razali was appointed to various appointment for Board of Directors, consultation, panel of expert from the public and private sector.
Ts. Dr. Afiza also contributes to the well-being of Malaysia's international relations through assisting in governmental policy discussions, organising national and international level conferences and seminars focusing on economic, education and human resource development.

Assistant Professor, Department of Computer Science, Wenzhou-Kean University Wenzhou, Zhejiang, China

Dr. Sujatha Krishnamoorthy has been serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science at Kean Wenzhou University, China, since 2018. Prior to this, she worked at Sri Krishna College of Science and Technology in Coimbatore. With 24 years of teaching experience, she has developed a strong academic and research profile, making significant contributions to the fields of computer vision and machine learning. Her research interests span a wide range of topics, including image processing, deep learning, and biomedical informatics. An active member of the Computer Society of India (CSI), she remains at the forefront of technological advancements in her domain.
Dr. Sujatha has published extensively in top-tier international journals, including Springer and Elsevier, where her work has been widely cited by peers. Her research projects, often interdisciplinary, reflect a keen understanding of both theoretical and applied aspects of machine learning, particularly in biomedical applications. She has successfully mentored graduate and undergraduate students, fostering a research-oriented learning environment.
Apart from her academic contributions, Dr. Sujatha is a sought-after speaker, having delivered numerous guest lectures and seminars at prestigious institutions. She has also chaired sessions at various national and international conferences, where her leadership and expertise have been highly appreciated. In recognition of her professional service, she serves as a reviewer and editorial board member for multiple reputed journals, and she actively contributes as a session chair and technical program committee member for several major conferences globally.
Dr. Sujatha’s excellence in research has earned her several accolades, including the Best Researcher Award during her research tenure. She is an integral member of the Zhejiang Bioinformatics International Science and Technology Cooperation Center and the Wenzhou Municipal Key Lab of Applied Biomedical and Biopharmaceutical Informatics, contributing to cutting-edge research in the field of bioinformatics.
Her outstanding teaching record, coupled with her research achievements, has been acknowledged through the Excellence in Teaching and Excellence in Research awards from Wenzhou-Kean University.
