DR. PUTERI AZLIAN MEGAT RAMLI

Assistant Professor, International Islamic University Malaysia, Malaysia

Dr Puteri Azlian Megat Ramli is an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Education, International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). She has more than 20 years of teaching experience at various levels from diploma, degree, and post-graduate studies. She obtained PhD in Education, a Master of Education and a Bachelor of Human Sciences from IIU.

Before joining IIUM, she was a Dean of the Faculty of Education and Social Sciences at the International University of Malaya-Wales (IUMW) and a Dean of the School of Undergraduate Studies at International Islamic College (IIC). Both IUMW and IIC offered collaboration degree programs with UK universities. Therefore, Dr. Puteri has vast experience in teaching and managing UK collaboration degree programs. IUMW offers dual award programs with the University of Wales (Prifysgol Cymru) and IIC previously offered a collaboration degree program with the University of Teesside, Middlesbrough, UK. Her experience with the UK-collaborated programs has widened her exposure to various learning and teaching methodologies, assessment strategies, and effective approaches to enhance students’ academic engagemen.

Currently, with IIUM, she served as a Coordinator for the IIUM Centre for Measurement, Evaluation, and Testing (IMET). Among the roles of the center is to provide training to educators on high-quality holistic integrated assessment practices. Dr. Puteri who is also a Certified HRDF Trainer, is actively involved in various pieces of training for educators at schools and higher education institutions.

DR. VETRISELVAN SUBRAMANIYAN

Associate Professor, MAHSA University, Malaysia

Dr. Vetriselvan Subramaniyan graduated from Annamalai University. He is currently working as Undergraduate Deputy Dean at Faculty of Medicine, Bioscience, and Nursing, MAHSA University, with experience of more than thirteen years in academics and research (nationally and internationally). During the master study, he received a sponsored research project from Natural Remedies, Research Centre, Bangalore, from 2007-2008.

His research interest includes synthetic and Phyto-based drug development and pharmacological screening (in silico, in-vitro, and in-vivo). As a reviewer, he associated with different journals, including clinical Pharmacology: Advances and Applications, Journal of Multidisciplinary Healthcare, International Journal of Peptide Research and Therapeutics, Toxicology Reports, Open Access Macedonian Journal of Medical Sciences, International Journal of General Medicine, Journal of Experimental Pharmacology and journal of Oncology.

He is associated with the Indian Pharmacological Society (IPS), Association of Pharmacy Professionals (APP), Malaysian Scientific Association (MSA), Indian Association of Colleges of Pharmacy (IACP), and the Malaysian Society of Pharmacology and Physiology (MSPP).
