Dr. Sajeev Nair has over 35 years of extensive professional experience in National and Global corporations. He has worked in Multi-cultural environment, offshore, on shore, islands, interior locations, corporate offices with reputed companies including Reliance Industries Limited, Royal Dutch Shell, Shell Operating companies such as PDO-Petroleum Development Oman, Electronics and Electrical development corporation KELRON, Manufacturing companies, Product development organization, Engineering Education Institutions, Exterran – Manufacturing and product development and service company in the US and ADNOC group, Abu Dhabi.
He is a Senior Functional and strategic leader in Engineering, Operations, HSE, Global auditing and Governance, HR, Learning and Competency Development, Talent Management, Leadership development, business planning, including building talent pipe line as per organizational requirements, BT ( Business Transformation) Champion , Creation, operation and sustaining of Learning academies in various Domain, Implementation of Blended learning methodologies including E learning and digital learning, Experiential learning, products, Change management, Risk Management champion in people and Engineering systems, Quality assurance and Lead auditor in Human capital,
operations and Engineering management, Verifier and quality checker in various systems and compliance at par with international standards and International accreditation. He has a strong command over Learning and competency development, HR, implemented effective processes and systems as a part of Business Transformation (BT) and formation of Academy in various domain for employee developmental activities as per Business objectives.

Professor Dr. Balakrishnan Parasuraman has 25 years’ experiences (UMS- 16 years/UMK and 9 years invited as full Professor since 2013). He served as former Deputy Director (Student Affairs) UMS, Founding Head of International Office UMK, Director of Industrial Linkages and Collaboration Office (ILCO, UMK), Founding Advisor, BURSA Saham Student Club, UMK.
He is also a Research Fellow, National Human Resource Centre (HNRC) under HRDCorp (Ministry of HR), member of National Committee, Promotion of Productivity Culture in Malaysai, Malaysian Producitvity Corporation, member of Platinum Member and Committee AsiaHRM based I Hong Kong. Currently Prof Balakrishnan is the President, Malaysian Industrial Relations and HR (MIRHA) since 2020 and a member of Technical Committee of National Consultative Wage Council (since 2011), Ministry of HR, Malaysia. He is the Co-Chair, Workers Participation Study Group, International Employment Relations Association (ILERA) International Labour Organisation (ILO) Geneva.
He has secured Researh grants from ILO; World Bank; European Exchange Fellowship Uni of Bocconi Italy-UM Malaysia; Brought RM 1 Million Grant to UMK (2017), Industry Research Grant (SALCRA, Sarawak), Matching Grant UMK-UTP; FRGS, ERGS, Japan Foundation; Korean Labour Institute, Ministry of HR for Minimum Wage Research (2014-2018) around RM 1 million; Published around 18 books and more than 200 articles in refereed journal and proceedings, Invited Visiting Research Fellow (Uni of Groningen, Holland; Visiting Professor Uni of Indonesia; Visiting Research Fellow Uni of Wollongong, Australia. He is also an invited Panel Expert of TV and Radio Talk Show on Entrepreneurships, Business, HR and IR.

TPr. Dr. Norhazliza Halim currently as the Programme Coordinator for Master of Science (Tourism Planning), Faculty of Built Environment and Surveying, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, Johor, and has more than 15 years of experience in teaching, research and consultancy. Dr. Hazliza also the Head of Tourism Planning Research Group, a research group specializing in tourism management, tourism planning and policy, community development and sustainable urban planning.
She is also the Corporate Member of Malaysian Institute of Planners and the member in Board of Town Planners Malaysia, which bring her to the title of TPr. Her experience involved with various national and international stakeholders such as IUCN, WWF, Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Arts, PlanMalaysia and many international and local universities. Among her research and consultation works are National Tourism Policy 2030, National Ecotourism Policy, Johor Rural Strategic Plan, and many more.
As an academia, Dr Hazliza always has the passion to help and contribute in optimizing the her research and consultation into publication and her blended teaching especially incorporating case studies and problem-based projects. Her current research interest are Destination Resilience, Sustainable development strategies, Smart tourism, and Community-Based tourism.
