• 1. Papers should be novel and not under consideration for any other conference at the time of submission.
• 2. The abstract length should not exceed more than 150 words.
• 3. The presentation can be from any of the following zones: Dentistry, Medicine, Pharmacy and other Allied Health Sciences.
• 4. There is a wide scope of presentation that includes Original Research, Review and Case Reports.
• 5. The Presentation is termed ‘Whistle-Stop Presentation’ which will allow the Speaker to present for FIVE (5) minutes followed by a TWO (2) minutes Q/A session.
• 6. The Presenters are suggested to concisely present their research using not more than NINE (9) slides (including the cover and closing slides).

ABSTRACT

• 1. Abstract must be typed on A4 (210 × 297 mm) paper, double-spaced throughout and with ample margins of at least 3.5 cm.
• 2. Title of the paper, name(s) and affiliation(s) of the author(s) should be mentioned at the top of the page.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR FULL PAPER SUBMISSION

The conference does not have any limit for full paper pages; however, later at the time of publication in a journal, if required by the journal rules and regulations, the author(s) may be requested to follow the conditions imposed by the respective journal policy.
The papers should contain the following sections:

• Abstract: One page with all affiliations and keywords.
• Introduction: Introduce study concept, major theoretical and empirical gaps and contributions by this study, importance, and implications for practice.
• Methodology: Clear and concise elaboration of the method applied and the steps taken to ensure the reliability and validity of the used methodology. Explain the sample and target population with justifications.
• Results: Clear and comprehensive presentation of results in view of proposed hypotheses.
• Discussion and Conclusion: Discuss the strengths and contribution of research to theory and practice. Limitations and future research directions with a conclusion.
• Acknowledgement: When appropriate.
• Appendices: When appropriate.

FORMATTING GUIDELINES

Follow all instructions provided in the manual for formatting your papers. All paper scripts should be written in Microsoft Word Document format.

• Abstract: Maximum 250 words with 4-6 keywords.
• Title of Paper: Should be in 12 points and Bold in Times New Roman.
• Headings: 12 points.
• Font: Times New Roman.
• Author name and Affiliation: Should be in 10 points and Bold.
• Text of Manuscript: 11 points, spacing 1.5.
• Length of full paper: Limit to 8 pages.
• Page Margins: Top: 1", Bottom: 1", Right: 1", and Left: 1.5".
• Referencing: Harvard referencing style must be used. For details, please refer to Harvard Referencing or Harvard Generator.
