GENERAL INFORMATION ON ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
- 1. Abstract submission for both oral and poster presentations require conference registration.
- 2. The deadline for abstract submission is November 10, 2023
- 3. Notifications of acceptance will be sent out by November 15, 2023.
- 4. In case the registered presenter cannot attend, a substitute from the same institution (co-author or any other member) is allowed. The substitute, if selected as a winner, will receive the award.
- 5.The final presentation format is subject to the decision of the scientific committee.
- Each abstract should include the following:
- 1. Title, author(s) name, and affiliation(s).
- 2. Sections for Introduction, Objectives, Materials & Methods, Results, and Conclusion(s).
- 3. No tables or figures.
- 4. Include 4 to 6 keywords.
ABSTRACT FORMATTING GUIDELINES
- 1. Submit in Microsoft Word/PDF format with a maximum of 250 words.
- 2. Use Times New Roman font.
- 3. For titles and headings, use 12-point and bold.
- 4. Author names and affiliations should be in 10-point and bold.
- 5. The text of the abstract should be in 11-point font with 1.5 spacing
